A surrealist depiction of the four horsemen from The Book of Revelation. This painting features the abstract faces of four horses emerging from the pearly gates, with heaven and hell on either side.

The first horse is a white horse, which represents conquest. The second is a red horse, symbolizing war. The third is a black horse, symbolizing pestilence. And finally, a fourth, pale horse. His name is death, and hell follows with him.
